Overview

What is PMS?

A Portfolio Management Service (PMS) is a bespoke investment mandate managed by a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager in your own demat and bank account. Portfolios are concentrated and actively managed based on a defined strategy and risk framework.

  • Minimum investment: ₹50 lakh (as per regulations).
  • Ownership: Securities are held in the investor’s name; transactions are executed by the manager on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.
  • Transparency: Detailed reports on holdings, transactions, and performance.
